Merchandiser

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
• 0-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Apparel Manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of merchandising and retail operations
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Lead the planning and execution of merchandising strategies
• Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing
• Manage inventory and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products
• Design and implement visual merchandising displays in line with brand standards
• Analyze sales data and market trends, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize product promotion
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards and guidelines
