Chief of Staff

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO for a fast-growing, profitable AI and education business.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with the Founder & CEO on business priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Drive operating cadence, business reviews, dashboards, and accountability across functions.
• Lead the Business Intelligence team and build a reliable, data-driven view of the business.
• Improve forecasting, execution, and decision-making across the organisation.
• Take ownership of new initiatives and step in wherever the business needs you.

What we’re looking for:

• 5–7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a bias for action.
• Someone comfortable challenging senior leaders and driving accountability.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to turn ambiguity into action.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
