Position Details

• Role: Seller Support Executive
• Process: Domestic Voice Process
• Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
• Base Location: Teleperformance, Indore
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs
• Compensation: CTC: ₹15,800 per month, In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹12,800 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Assist sellers with queries, concerns, and account-related support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring issue resolution.
• Maintain process compliance and quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is Mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
