Position: Business Development Executive (Field job)

Location: Indore | On-site

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Managing Director

Compensation: Open for deserving & experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and leads through various channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients, projects, dealers and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with clients for order closure.
• Coordinate with Technical, Operations and Customer Support teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing and competitor activities.
• Maintain regular sales reports, customer records and pipeline updates.
• Explore new markets and opportunities for Fire Safety and Surveillance Solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing.
• Experience in Fire & Safety, Security, Surveillance, Technical Sales or related industries will be preferred.
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, MBA (Marketing) or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong focus on business development and sales conversion.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
• Candidates with B.Tech / technical sales / domestic or international sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales may also be considered.
