Head of Product

Seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven SaaS products, including CRM, ATS, and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI governance, enterprise product management, and cross-functional leadership.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-native SaaS products.
• Drive product decisions based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
• Create and manage PRDs, BRDs, reports, user flows, and data flow diagrams.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, AI quality evaluation processes, and AI guardrails.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and product prioritization.

• Product leadership within CRM, ATS, ERP, or Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI-driven and Native AI SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of: AI Quality Evaluation, API Integrations, LLM Orchestration, AI Guardrails, Product Analytics & Reporting, UI/UX Design for Enterprise Applications, Compliance & Governance, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, DPDP Act.
