Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role in cost management and procurement within our Projects Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills in a team-focused environment, and to grow your career with a leading interior design company.

• A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interiors, with a preference for candidates with up to 12 years of experience.
• Strong skills in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, costing, budgeting, and quotation preparation.
• Proficiency in interpreting interior drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional skills in vendor management, cost control, and project coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai.

• Lead the preparation of BOQ and quantity estimation for various interior design projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets and prepare detailed quotations.
• Analyze material quantities and rates, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness.
• Understand and interpret interior drawings and specifications to accurately estimate project costs.
• Perform vendor quotation comparisons to secure best prices and quality.
• Coordinate projects, ensuring cost control and adherence to timelines.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
