Shift: Rotational Shifts

Position: Upselling Executive

Salary Package:

• Experienced Candidates: ₹19,000 CTC (₹15,300 in-hand)
• Freshers: ₹17,000 CTC (₹13,700 in-hand)

Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month + Attendance Bonus

Eligibility

• 12th pass & above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience – experience documents mandatory
• Freshers can also apply
• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
• Good convincing and upselling skills
• Willingness to work from office in Sector V, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and understand their requirements
• Promote and upsell relevant products/services
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
• Build positive customer relationships
• Maintain quality and compliance standards
• Work effectively with the sales team to achieve business goals
