Sales Associate

This is a full-time Sales Associate role based in Gwalior with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate will actively engage with prospective clients, understand their property and investment requirements, and provide tailored real estate solutions from the company’s portfolio. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, and following up to close sales in line with set targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on projects, pricing, and offers, and ensuring a high standard of client service and professional communication. The Sales Associate will represent Investors Clinic’s brand values and contribute to building long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet targets and close deals effectively. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear presentation abilities. Candidates should possess client relationship management skills, including follow-up, consultation, and service-oriented problem-solving. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and investment concepts or be willing to learn quickly. Candidates should possess proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM software, spreadsheets, and messaging or video platforms for client communication. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously. Relevant sales or real estate experience is preferred; a background in financial services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; motivation to build a career in real estate sales and comfort.
