Graphic Designer & Video Editor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor based in Ranchi. The role involves designing visual assets for digital and print, including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials aligned with FormsADDA’s brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will conceptualize and produce short-form and long-form video content such as explainer videos, student testimonials, and promotional campaigns. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and counseling teams to translate educational concepts into engaging visual stories, creating graphics for the website and portals, and optimizing content for different platforms. The role also includes managing design files, maintaining consistent branding across channels, and delivering projects within deadlines while responding to feedback and revisions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create clear, engaging visuals for educational and marketing purposes.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent brand identities across multiple touchpoints.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout, with a good eye for visual hierarchy, readability, and aesthetic balance.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Ability to plan, shoot, and edit videos, including basic motion graphics, sound syncing, and format optimization for social media and web.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video work, preferably in education, consulting, or related domains.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
