US Accounts Executive

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Freshers who are interested in building a career in U.S. Accounting and Finance Operations. The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to U.S. Accounting processes, QuickBooks, payroll, invoicing, financial documentation, MIS reporting, and related accounting activities.

• Learn and work on U.S. Accounting processes and practices.
• Work with QuickBooks and other accounting tools.
• Assist with payroll management and payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate payroll and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with invoicing and timesheet management.
• Maintain financial documentation and accounting records.
• Support payment follow-ups and account-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payroll requirements.
• Support day-to-day U.S. accounting activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Freshers Only.
• MBA (Finance) preferred.
• B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or any Finance-related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Telugu and Hindi communication skills required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts is an advantage.
• Candidates must be willing to work in the U.S. Night Shift.

• One-Year Employment Bond / Agreement is mandatory for new joiners.
• Selected candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year with the company.
• Candidates must submit their SSC memo or higher-education memo/certificate for verification as part of the joining process.
