Inside Sales Executive

ROI Magnet is looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive who understands the D2C ecosystem and can build a strong sales pipeline, connect with decision-makers, and convert qualified prospects into clients. You’ll be responsible for the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closing, and client onboarding.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential D2C brands across beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, and other categories. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, directories, and other digital tools. Build and consistently maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Sales Outreach & Lead Qualification: Connect with Founders, CMOs, Growth Heads, and other key decision-makers. Understand prospects’ business models, marketing challenges, budgets, and growth goals. Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, and timeline.
• Pitching & Consultation: Conduct discovery calls and present customised marketing solutions. Pitch services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Email/SMS Automation. Coordinate with strategy, media buying, and creative teams to develop relevant proposals. Clearly communicate ROI Magnet’s value proposition and performance-driven approach.
• Closing & Client Onboarding: Own the sales process from proposal to negotiation and final closure. Follow up strategically and move prospects through the sales funnel. Coordinate with the operations/account team for smooth client onboarding. Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, and communication history.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track outreach, meetings, conversion rates, pipeline value, and revenue contribution. Share regular sales updates and identify opportunities to improve conversion.

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, eCommerce, advertising, or marketing services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem and digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong prospecting mindset with the ability to generate leads independently.
• Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong CRM and sales pipeline management skills.
