E-Commerce & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and organized E-Commerce & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and book sales across social media and e-commerce platforms.

• Create and post book/product photos, videos and promotional content on Instagram and Facebook.
• Manage Paras Publication's Instagram and Facebook pages.
• Upload and manage book listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, categories and other listing details.
• Monitor orders, product listings, customer reviews and basic marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams for new book launches and promotional content.
• Plan and maintain a regular social media posting schedule.
• Research trends, hashtags and content ideas relevant to books and publishing.
• Monitor competitor listings and social media activity.
• Maintain accurate product/catalogue information across all online platforms.

• 1–2+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Social Media or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub preferred.
• Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools will be an advantage.
• Good written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Creative, organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in books, publishing, stationery or retail e-commerce is an advantage.

Working Hour: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Salary: 1,44,000 to 1,80,000 CTC
